PS: Selling links and selling ad space [a link] is almost exactly the same thing. I'm sure they have their own rules for determining which is which.

I believe most of these websites require you to have a blog with a considerable audience of visitors. Unless you have it it would be really hard to get their attention.

You start a blog and it's just you and your blog. It's can be about anything [your rules].
Blogger.com is a good start.

If you search blogger, you'll find thousands of blogs about anything and everything.

I remember using Pay Per Post back when it first came out to make money. I made an extra 1000 on the side with a blog that barely had any visitors.

So this can be a profitable tool especially if you have a good reader base.

Unfortunately the terms down at Pay Per Post changed a little and it's become more competitive so I don't do it anymore.

I used to post about 2 to 3 paid blogs a day for a good while in order to bring in that kind of cash, but I mean it took like an hour a day to do it and it performed well for me at the time. Anymore though I doubt I would be able to make that kind of money.
